Our evaluation process includes:

Discuss concerns before the assessment
Conduct tailored evaluations (play observation, informal and formal assessments)
Home, clinic, daycare
Provide a detailed report and, if needed, develop an individualized treatment plan

Individualized therapy is tailored to meet each child's unique communication needs, ensuring effective and engaging support. Therapy will begin with a personalized treatment plan based on a comprehensive evaluation, parent input, and client strengths. Sessions will incorporate evidence-based techniques, play-based learning, and functional activities to promote speech and language development.

Sessions take place in a child-friendly environment, whether at home, daycare or clinic. We encourage to be actively involved through coaching and home strategies to support progress beyond sessions.

We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide individualized, high-quality care without the restrictions of insurance policies. However, we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, including FSA and HSA cards. A processing fee of 3.15% + $0.30 will apply to each successful. Your payment will processed through our client portal.
We provide speech therapy in the language(s) that best support your child’s communication development. Therapy may be conducted in English, Spanish, or a combination of both, depending on your child’s needs and language exposure at home and school. Our goal is to strengthen overall communication skills while honoring and supporting bilingualism.
During the evaluation, we will assess both languages to determine the best approach for therapy. If you have specific preferences, we are happy to accommodate them!
